As a Customer Service Adviser, your main responsibilities will involve:
• Engage with customers in telephone calls, emails, chat and social media.
• Respond to customer emails through written communication.
• Evaluate the customers circumstances by asking effective questions.
• Listen and understand what your customer is telling you, assess the circumstances and reach an outcome which is best for both the customer and the business.
• Follow set guidelines and procedures when dealing with customers.
• Deal with every customer in an appropriate, courteous and professional manner
• Translate marketing related text from Swedish to Norwegian
What you'll need to succeed:
You will need a friendly and outgoing personality who genuinely enjoys dealing with people. You must demonstrate good attention to detail and have the ability to work under pressure. An excellent professional telephone manner is essential for the role as is a passion for doing a good job and providing an excellent service to customers. As well as professional experience, you will show a professional attitude to your work.

Salary and Hours
For the role of Customer Adviser, you will work Monday to Friday from 08.15 until 17.00.
