We are looking for a Norwegian customer service representant;
Job Description Overview: Responsible for the Service operations with specific accounts. You will help our customers with escalations and special cases when problems arise with our products that the level 1 support cant mandate to resolve. You will primarily work via email, but also over the phone. Ensure customer satisfaction goals are met. Ensure that all repairs are closed in the desired repair time and if not, close the case with a compensation! Please note that perfect Norwegian is a must!
Here at Asus we value personal qualities, if you speak norwegian and have a interest in IT and value customer support, but dont have so much experience, your application could still be valuable for us.
