You will be working with Customer support by the phone for computer products, home electronic products and White goods. The positions is vacant at our office in Borlänge, Sweden.
This position involves helping our customers with their product by the phone.
Qualifications
You have a passion for computers and/or home electronics products. You also have a feel for providing high-quality service. You are able to speak and write Norwegian and English. It is merited if you also can handle Swedish.
You have a high level of persistence and very good computer skills. We value your loyalty, high presence, your passionate interest in the products we work with and your ability to be active in following what is happening in the area you are working with.
The people we're looking for should like to talk with people and possess a high level of soft skills, also possess a positive attitude, be easily taught, be self-propelled, can take responsibility, have strong attention to details and an ability to take initiatives.
If you don’t live in the area, we can provide a fresh shared apartment 5 minutes walk from the workplace, complete with nice furniture, computer, internet, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, video, etc. From the third month you pay a rent.
Employment/Working hours
Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM
Full time (part time is possible if wanted)
Ordinary employment, 6 month trial period or a temporary employment for 6 month.
