Job Description
Capgemini Nordic Region consists of 11 legal companies within four countries generating ~700 Mio. € annual revenue. We are now looking for a Consolidation manager who will be responsible for all finance consolidation related matters and all cash related topics within the Nordic region.
As a Consolidation Manager your main responsibilities will contain:
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. IFRS Goodwill impairment test and deferred tax assessment)
• Consolidation Package review and ensuring accuracy of the information reported to the Capgemini Group
• Bridge of management to legal reporting on Nordic level
• Accounting reviews of selected legal entities (2-3 per year)
• Maintaining relations with external auditors
• Coordinate the tax related items within Nordic region.
• Monitoring Cash balances and cash Forecasts on regional level
• Permanent focus on improving efficiencies of consolidation process
• Supervising the Finance team in the Nordic countries for the consolidation work and cash forecasting
• Secure that Finance staff has required level of knowledge on legal and regulatory requirements including Capgemini’s Finance manual (Transform)
• SPOC for Capgemini consolidation team in Paris
• By training, by writing instructions & policies and by coaching
Education/Experience
We’re looking for a professional who brings:
• 7 - 15 years experience in Finance (accounting/audit)
• Strong skills on IFRS – preferably on IT service industry
• Professional experience within a BIG 4 firm would be a plus
• Preferably qualified/part qualified accountant
• Experience on consolidation work within international environment
• Knowledgeable on tax matter
• Microsoft office skills – especially Excel
• An asset would be experience on Cartesis/SAP BFC software
