We are now looking for a Results driven Nordics Head for Manufacturing that will Work with Client Partners to increase footprint at existing accounts. Flexibility to travel within Europe on short notice and to India is important.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish Customer connection and awareness about TCS capability as a strategic partner
Establish & Participate in Customer governance Steering Committee forums
Feedback from customers as well as direction on future requirements
Create a sustainable pipeline for Nordics Manufacturing industry vertical to enable growth in the Nordics
EXPERIENCE REQUIERED:
15-20 years covering various elements of IT industry such as Sales & Delivery Experience
Domain knowledge of Manufacturing Industry
Ability to manage customer relationships and establish senior level customer connects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership experience
Experience in a global multi-cultural environment
