The company is divided into different divisions and this person will be working within the biggest division; the Physical Access Control Systems (PACS). PACS has for a long time been the traditional part of the business by developing cards, printers and mechanisms around access control.
HID are now looking for an Nordics End User Business Manager for the Nordic region, located in Stockholm. The key role is to build a direct face-to-face relationships with end users and showing the innovating product. The person shall feel at home being "voice of HID" in front of senior managers, decision makers and convey "one HID" message. This position requires a knowledgeable and experienced business professional to apply share of wallet strategy for HID Global and increase HID Global's image and sales opportunities within the Top 150 private enterprises in selected industries (media, technology, telecommunications, manufacturing).
HID is looking for a person who have a minimum of 7-10 years of related business management experience from global or Nordic region. At least 5 years of work experience in the Access control industry. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
As a person you are a team player and a problem solver that is highly organized and driven. You have also the ability to think critically and creatively. You get motivated by aggressive goals and feels comfortable working in a global company where your workplace will be the whole Nordic region. You have a passion for the security business and outstanding communication skills. You understand how to manage change through influence and collaboration. The person that steps into the role as a End User Business Manager will be working in a challenging environment with highly skilled co-workers in Stockholm, their centre for gravity.
