Due to maternity leave, we are now looking for an experienced and engaged HR Business Partner for a nine-month assignment. We hope to find someone that can create value for the NOBA business by shaping and driving strategic people plans and helping us deliver on our bold ambition. In this nine-month assignment, you will partner with a number of different NOBA client groups (Medical Affairs, Healthcare Affairs and Enabling Functions) in areas such as capability building, organization design, change management and strategic recruitment to ensure we have engaged teams with the right capabilities for our current and future needs. You will also have the opportunity to take lead responsibility for one or two cross-NOBA HR initiatives and processes, for example talent management or employee development.
You will provide coaching, advice and expertise to line managers for more complex employee issues and will work closely with others in the NOBA and Sweden HR teams to ensure delivery of a fully integrated HR service to managers and employees.
The role reports to the NOBA HR and Internal Communications Director and the position is located in Södertälje, Gärtuna. There will be some limited travel required across the other Nordic and Baltic countries.
Skills, Capabilities & Education
• Educated to Bachelor 's Degree level
• Proven record in business partnering to deliver organizational transformation, workforce planning, capability and talent development, culture change and performance management.
• Strong project manager with evidence of delivering significant projects/ people solutions (quality, quantity, time, cost)
• In-market HR operational work experience gained in a Nordic or other European market (HR market practices, labor laws and regulations, employment relations)
• Experience of working within a healthcare-oriented and / or multinational company
• Fluent and confident communicator in written and verbal English
Desirable requirements
• Postgraduate HR degree and/ or professional HR qualification
• Breadth of experience beyond HR business partnering / generalist e.g. Centre of Expertise, HR Service Delivery
• Interest and ambition to develop careers internationally
You have a strong drive and energy, are used to lead your own work and you don 't hesitate to step into new areas and tasks. You have high integrity and are used to work in teams but can also plan and execute individual tasks.
About the Assignment
The assignment as a HR Business Partner is a consultant assignment with start date 180101. Project period is until 180930.
