hela Sverige Do you want to play a vital role in our Nordic Tender Management team, developing the function and delivering first class Tender responses in an industry leading company, and thus be a key individual in creating the leading logistics- and communications partner in the Nordics? Then join our Nordic Sales Excellence Team.
The Nordic Sales Excellence team is part of the Strategy & Commercial Excellence group function. The unit is responsible for driving change towards the group's collective goal of defining a single Nordic commercial process. The work is done in close collaboration with the countries' sales organizations, business areas and other group commercial functions.
In this role you will be responsible for tender responses and building and developing PostNords Tender processes. You understand our business, the market and our customers and have a strong understanding of our services and our value proposition required to deliver a first class tender response. You are proficient in the operative skill of building tender responses through coordinating with various departments and stakeholders and to deliver within tight deadlines. You have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with countries and functions. You are a person with proven experience of working closely with the sales process and tools used to support sales. We are looking for you who excel in coordination and planning skills and who enjoy working in a structured way.
You thrive particularly well in a role to continuously develop and improve working processes, systems and tools and implement solutions and drive change to increase efficiency across the Nordics.
You must have very good knowledge of Swedish and English - both spoken and written. Additional languages are an advantage
