In this recruitment Henkel has chosen to co-operate with Randstad.
Your tasks will include:
Management of TCS-AG Nordic’s
• planning resources and investments
• prioritizing and coordinating of activities and projects
Ensure technical support for direct customers, distributors and sales force by
- answering technical hotline, e-mails and fax
- visiting customers
- work out technical solutions
- testing and validating according to requirements/specifications
Ensure/Collect/Generate/Transfer technical knowledge by translating regional technical trainings and technical master documents into the local language.
Planning, working out the content and conducting technical trainings for customers, sales force and colleagues.
Prepare and support product/equipment and technology launches in the countries responsible for.
Initiate and support innovations in products, applications and related processes.
Generate/Control/Approve local technical documents.
Control/Approve technical content of editorials, presentations, websites and brochures.
Support the technical concept and content for fairs/exhibitions and take an active part in those.
Continuous improvement of technical and engineering knowledge within the TCS group.
Participation in national and international, internal and external committees, associations and working groups.
Your qualifications:
University degree in engineering / chemical science with min 5 years professional experience. Leadership / supervisory experience. Fluent in English, another Nordic language is considered a merit.
Strong communication / negotiation skills. Good problem solving and analytical thinking. Skills in Project management and strategic planning / effective organization.
Your personality:
Driving force and socially competent personality. Ability to connect with people in various functions and positions. Target oriented with a strong customer focus .Developed analytical and excellent communication skills.
