We are now expanding our Nordic tax team with location in Sweden, Norway and Finland, supporting Siemens businesses in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and the Baltic's. We operate within a global network of Siemens tax experts.
Your main responsibilities will be to ensure that all VAT related compliance obligations for the Siemens businesses in the Nordic region are met, advice on payroll tax and ensure that Swedish payroll tax obligation are fulfilled, and to provide tax advice towards the business.
The challenge:
• Ensure that all VAT returns and associated statistical returns for client businesses are filed and paid on time and that internal VAT controls are met.
• Identify and mitigate potential VAT risks and liabilities in the Nordic region.
• Advice HR in the area of payroll tax.
• Review and file of payroll tax return in cooperation with operational provider and monitoring of tax account.
• Be a proactive business partner towards the Nordic Siemens Businesses, comprising regular exchange with the business, provision of internal trainings and advisory activities.
Who are you?
You enjoy working in a team and have good communication skills.
You are proactive and enjoy working in a changing environment.
You have 3-5 years of experience from a similar role in a larger company, audit firm or the tax administration.
You have knowledge in the Nordic VAT-legislation.
You have an academic degree within this area.
You are fluent in Swedish and English both in speech and in writing.
