WorkShop is looking for a team player with excellent people management skills and a passion for retail to lead the Samsung Shop-in-Shop team in the Nordics within Telecom & PC.
As Shop-in-Shop Operations Lead your main task is to create the right conditions for your team to succeed and ensuring an accurate on-time delivery with good quality output. You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for creating reports, both frequently and ad hoc, as well as follow up on predetermined KPI's, both on a team and individual level.
As a person you are adaptable and a fast learner, who value speed and change. You are self-driven, take pride and ownership of your work area, and are also able to transmit that feeling forward to your team, clients and partners. You are a natural leader with a strategic mindset and you always strive for improvements. Further you are passionate about new technology and building relations. You also have a great eye for administration and are thorough in everything you do.
We believe that the right applicant for this position is a relationship builder with strong management skills who has experience from team management in Consumer Electronics/Telecom and experience in hiring and managing field staff that represent a brand within retail stores.
We expect the right candidate to meet the following criteria:
• 2-4 years of experience within sales and/or marketing, preferably from a tier one company
• Proven track record of successful people management
• Highly driven and inspiring
• Great passion for retail and Samsung
• Strong interpersonal skills at all levels
• Ability to deliver on administration and reporting requirements
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Valid driver's license
