Nordic Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for setting the sales strategy and managing your staff in the four Nordic countries towards fulfilling budgets and plans. Previous management experience leading sales teams as well as experience working with distributors is a must.
We expect that you have minimum 5 years documented work experience from a similar position. We also believe that you have a master's degree within engineering or business. You understand strategy and can apply it to operative actions to achieve excellent business result. You need to be fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages. International experience is an advantage and we believe that you in previous positions have shown great business skills and a combination of feet, brain and heart.
