In line with DNV's position as a trusted voice to tackle global transformations, the DNV Supply Chain and Product Assurance division's ambition is to shape the future of assurance through innovating, developing and growing assurance services in the field of supply chain management and product assurance.

Operating within this division, the Nordic Sales Lead will lead the sales effort for Product Assurance across the region. You will be responsible for driving growth and shaping the partnership proposition within the Product Assurance vertical across the Nordics and will form part of the Nordic Business Management Team.

Overseeing a team of 5 Sales professionals, you will use your entrepreneurial flair and commercial acumen to lead our go-to-market efforts and manage a motivated team of technical sales professionals to build relationships with existing customers, whilst also designing a strategy to acquire new logos. The role will require the successful candidate to utilise their sales and operational experience to lead the Nordic pipeline against key metrics, coordinating target setting and monitoring sales performance to achieve the growth expectations across the region.

Key Accountabilities:
You will be expected to lead the growth of our sales efforts across the Nordics in our Product Assurance vertical, supporting in the development and execution of our Product Assurance strategy for the Nordics.
You will also cover the following activities:
Enthuse, motivate and engage a team of sales professionals
Proactively seek to identify customer needs and develop solutions to new and existing clients
Directing deliveries, ensuring we execute to meet or exceed clients' expectations, on time, on budget and to DNV quality standards.
Leading and communicating effectively with your project teams and clients.
Introducing services from your own/ existing discipline(s) to new clients and new services to existing clients.

Position Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in commercial roles focused within the Product Assurance industry
Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Leadership experience and previous track record in engaging and developing teams
Ability to operate in a growth environment, dealing with ambiguity and orchestrating teams in multiple locations
A recognized and respected individual in the Product Assurance space
Contribute to, develop and maintain a network of Channels (consultants, advisory companies, free-lance auditors, partners, associations, Chambers of Commerce ...) with the aim of nurturing the lead generation activities.
Take part in local communication actions (external events, tradeshows, conferences, workshops, etc.) organized by the Marcom Department
Previous experience in the TIC industry is desirable
Results oriented. Have a sense or urgency and "can do" attitude
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, and fluency in another Nordic language
