As Nordic Sales Director you will be responsible for the entire Nordic sales with a focus of growth and profitability. Your mission will be to develop new strategies and targets to take our company to next level. The sales department consists of more than 30 employees including three country sales managers for Denmark, Sweden, Finland and two direct reporting salesmen for the Baltic countries. You will be a member of the management team and report directly to the CEO of PLM Group.

We are looking for a professional manager with focus of strategies and results and with an ability to execute and succeed. You have experience in developing and managing a sales department with very good recognition. Your personality is characterized by great commitment and a typical interest for business development and leadership. You have international business experience and your English is fluent. The role demands 100 days of travelling per year. PLM Group will offer you an exciting role in a growth oriented company.
