Your main responsibility is to support managers in the Nordic region with finding, engaging and assess potential candidates as well as ensuring that the company has an efficient recruitment process. This is a new exciting position in the Nordic HR team, reporting to Nordic HR Director based in Norway and dotted reporting lines to HR Managers in Sweden and Finland. You will be based in Kungsholmen, Stockholm together with the Swedish HR team.
Your talent is key in building a candidate pipeline through active sourcing, identifying and engaging top talent, and work closely with hiring managers and the HR team, supporting in the first phases of the recruitment process.
• Find, excite, and engage active and passive candidates.
• Create and publish job ads and secure efficient advertising channels.
• Assess potential candidates and present top candidates to recruiting managers.
• Secure and develop an efficient recruitment process and recruitment tools
• Work closely with marketing to present our company in the best way to potential candidates.
• Be up to date with industry trends and current happenings within tech recruitment, sharing knowledge and best practice with internal stakeholders
Background and Competence
To be successful in the role, we believe you have a solid background from recruitment and sourcing and experience from finding, exciting and recruiting the best talent. You have understanding of creative sourcing strategies and experience from the marketing side of recruitment. As you will work for several countries, you are fluent in both English and Swedish. Knowledge of another Nordic language is considered a merit.
As a person, you are performance driven with a strive to improve and a genuine team player with great collaboration skills across teams, functions and locations. You are structured with strong time management and you are a role model in terms of communication.
