In this role you will be one of key roles behind one of Sweden's strongest growing dermo cosmetic brands - Eucerin. In this vital role you will be the one supporting our small and very enthusiastic and passionate team with marketing coordinator tasks as well as be responsible for our product information management.
You will also handle the process of all local packaging translations to ensure correct information for the Nordic Markets and coordinate agencies and other countries where we share packaging and products
You will be our key person to ensure packaging and product information, images etc is up to date and available for all who needs it in our systems and webpages - coordinating with internal as well as external stakeholders and customers. You will be our key user of our PIM system.
In addition to this the role will give many opportunities to work and learn within many different marketing areas and with other strong brands in the Beiersdorf family, supporting the team in everything from developing local gift packs to POS materials or campaigns
The role is based at our beautiful Nordic head office in Gothenburg with great views over the river - and we also believe in high flexibility for hybrid work. You will report to the Marketing Manager Eucerin Sweden & Nordics.
Your Profile
University degree or a few years work experience within FMCG, marketing, sales coordination, product coordination or similar.
You are a passionate and self-driven person that to pay attention to details and keep things well organized.
You have good knowledge of the MS office and its applications and is a quick learner of new IT systems.
Strong communications skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written. Knowledge in Finnish is a big plus!
You will also be able to demonstrate the following skills and capability:
You need to be able to se the big picture and pay attention to details - also when the work pace is sometimes high.
You enjoy the coordinator role, supporting others and making sure nothing gets missed.
You are communicative and enjoy finding suggestions for improvements.
You are well structured have a high ability to prioritize
