What you'll do
As our Nordic PR Manager at Matsmart you will be responsible for building and strengthening public relations in the Nordic markets. In line with the company values and brand, you will be part of creating and managing communication concepts and themes that resonate with and reach key stakeholder groups, mainly customers and potential customers: the general public. You will make sure we have concept and message alignment in earned, owned and paid channels and will work with communication strategies and concepts relevant enough to earn peoples' attention. Media relations sit at the heart of the operative scope for this role.
The Nordic PR Manager will report to the Head of Communications and Impact and work closely with the Nordic Marketing and Leadership Teams. You will:
• Form and manage the PR plan for the Nordic markets
• Launch and adapt global themes to fit the local markets
• Help form communication themes, concepts and messages
• Coordinate and support local spokespersons in communication activities
• Produce and release written content: for press and owned channels
• Manage and support other communication activities such as events and stunts
• Support local message coherence
Our humble expectations - we see that you have experience in the following areas
• PR/Communications Agency experience of 2-3 years focusing on purpose driven and consumer facing marketing communications
• Experience from managing cross national projects
• Good project management skills
• Excellent writer in English and one of the Nordic languages: Swedish, Finnish or Danish
• Experienced in media relations
