Nordic Marketing Manager

As he is now moving on it is the time for us to find the individual who will shoulder the responsibilities and enormous opportunities that this role brings.
We are looking for a multi-talented Nordic Marketing Manager who shares our thoughts and ideas on how to run a marketing department:
• Permission based marketing. We create marketing success by creating great content that deserves the attention of marketers.
• As marketing can mean significant investments - it must be done in a smart and cost efficient way. As a marketing technology company we need the skills to do this in-house - outsourcing marketing work is not standard procedure - that's why we need a doer - not a buyer.
• Perception is reality and therefore top quality in marketing materials is an absolute must.
• At the end of the day, the most important purpose of the marketing department is to generate quality leads for our sales department at the lowest possible cost per lead.
At Apsis, we believe that sincerity is an important key to success. In the spirit of this we'd like to highlight that this role is more about fine tuning, operations and creative development of the current plan rather than an immediate need for strategic change. On the other hand, we believe that this position is perfect and extremely satisfying for a passionate marketer who likes to deeply understand the trends in the digital marketing area and turn them into great exception and communication in events or written form.
Expected experience and skillset:
• Min 5 years work experience focused on digital marketing
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills (English a must, other Nordic language a bonus)
• Min 3 years of managerial experience
• Experience within lead generation
• Experience within content marketing
• Proud to save money and be cost efficient
• Highly cooperative and solution oriented
• No internal prestige, but very high delivery ambitions
• Comfortable planning and doing on-stage seminar presentations
Marketing Department at Apsis:
The Apsis Marketing Department currently consists of a team of 3 professional marketers with varied areas of knowledge and expertise within marketing and digital marketing. Together you goal will be to drive Apsis marketing from good to great.
Place of work and relocation:
This job is in Malmö, a friendly multicultural city and the urban hub of southern Sweden with direct instant access to the Danish capital Copenhagen. Our office is located in the city center, very close to the main bus and train station. We offer help with relocation to Malmö on individual basis.
