become part of the Philips Nordics marketing team as a Marketing Manager for the Coffee category, one of the fastest growing businesses within the Philips Personal Health portfolio. You will get the exciting opportunity to drive market share in established product categories across all Nordic markets, as well drive market growth through product innovations, with all the business management and marketing activation challenges this entails!
You are responsible for
Craft and own the local market strategy and annual business planning cycles
Manage and be accountable for the top- and bottom line of the category
Build and manage a locally relevant product portfolio, including leading the market introduction process for the category
Own the marketing budget, as well as devise and lead the execution of the Nordic marketing activation plan towards our consumers across all touchpoints and stages of the consumer decision journey
Act as a primary local contact for the category towards the local sales, marketing and functional teams, as well global headquarters
You are a part of
the Nordics marketing team, where you will be working on a daily basis in a multi-functional environment within a matrix organization. Your main Nordic stakeholders will be the Nordic online and BTL marketing teams, Key Account Managers (for local and Nordic clients) and Trade Marketing Managers in the countries. You will also work closely with your Demand Planner and Finance department for operational business management. You will serve as the main point of contact for the global headquarter regarding the Coffee category in the Nordics.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Business degree preferred
Experience in marketing management and/or business development from similar roles, alternatively from consultancy in the fields
Professional knowledge of marketing strategy and planning, ability to understand and manage a full Profit & Loss account and strong understanding of consumer motivations and insights
Excellent fluency in written/spoken English; fluency in a Nordic language is an advantage
A driven, solution-oriented, analytical candidate, who is a quick decision-maker and an excellent project manager, able to organize and motivate a multi-functional team.
An outgoing personality who is persuasive in communication and has excellent presentation skills.
