Location: Denmark
Role summary: Managing customer service team and 3PLs across Nordic to ensure supply of goods to customers on time in full and optimal cost together with compliance to SoX control and legislation.
Key Deliverables
Ensure logistics activities support shipment plan on time in full
Optimize the logistics spend via process improvement and contract management with 3PL
Ensure compliance with legislation, internal policies and SOX controls
People Results:
Ensure all activities align with Trade and Supply planning team
Build partnership relationships with 3PLs
Requirements:
Similar role at other markets or factories.
Experience in negotiations with suppliers.
Experience to manage mid-size team.
Important Leadership Capabilities in this role:
Define the strategy for logistics department
Drive for results to reveal cost reduction opportunities
People development
Optimize OD to fit the purpose of department
