We are now looking for a Nordic Junior Trade Marketing Manager Lighters who is passionate about the FMCG industry and will be able to effectively build long- and short term strategies driving the BIC Lighter category, both pocket lighters and Megalighter, in all 5 Nordic countries. You will ensure success in reaching goals and targets and aid in the implementation of all activities outlined in the yearly Marketing plan. As our Nordic Junior Trade Marketing Manager Lighters, based in our Nordic Headquarterin Gothenburg,you will also be overall responsible for:

• Drive visibility during promotional seasons of Summer BBQ and Christmas in all Nordics + create activation off-season for BIC Megalighter to further grow the utility lighter segment.

• Build tactical plans for promotions / sales force activation within each Nordic country and for large customers together with KAMs and local external sales teams.

• Implement action plans within each Nordic country in-line with the European marketing guidelines and Group priorities and in cooperation with the local sales teams.

• Ideation and creation of in-store activations from local initiatives or adapted European proposals.

• Identify opportunities and issue recommendations based on analysis of market and sales data and help create a shared base of knowledge between Marketing and Sales.

• Ensure accurate management of the product life cycles in the BIC Web Item Database, SKU proposals & Creations with focus on optimizing the range between the Nordic countries to avoid out-of-stock and overstock.

• Cooperate and communicate with KAMs to share information, knowledge and best practices both within the Nordic region and from extended EU Marketing teams.

• Aid in correct forecasting of all new products, product switches and rationalized products.

• Coordinate co-packing activities on local (promotional) SKU's together with the packaging and co-packing department (focus on seasonal campaigns).

We are looking for a driven, proactive and committed candidate who wants to join a fast paced and professional environment. As a person you are a self-starter who takes initiative. You are results oriented and a multi-tasker who can manage multiple projects at once. Since this is a international position you need to demonstrate excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. You probably have a degree with a specialization in marketing or similar and have around two years of marketing experience preferably within FMCG/Retail. With this experience youhave already developed a good business and marketing understanding - but is eager to learn more!
