Michelin Nordic is looking for a Nordic Internal Control Manager/Corporate Accounting Coordinator for our Finance Department at the Nordic headquarter in Stockholm.
This is a split role between being responsible for the Internal Control Project and working closely with the CFO and Financial Controller on various accounting processes. You will manage the Internal Control Project for the Nordic Zone by assessing internal control operations and drive their improvement for group-level targeted processes in order to guarantee the reliability of the company?s financial information and to protect it?s assets. You will support Business Managers in setting-up an efficient Internal Control System for the activity or processes under his/her responsibility. Furthermore you will support the CFO on other various accounting projects targeted to improve the accounting processes.
In addition, your responsibility is also to:
• work independently on cross-process projects providing added-value towards internal and external customers
• monitor accounting quality and KPI performance for accounting processes
• play an active role in the credit reporting process and support the Credit Manager in the European Credit Reengineering Project
• work together with Business Development on a project to provide added value services
We believe that you have a university degree in Finance or Accounting with a strong accounting knowledge and a good understanding of processes. Having a background as an Auditor or experience in a similar position in an industrial environment is a plus. You are a Swedish resident, living in Stockholm. You are fluent in English, both oral and written. French is an advantage. You have very good IT skills, especially Excel and Access.
In order to succeed you should have the ability to work independently. You have strong analytical skills and very good business orientation/understanding.
