Manager that should lead and develop the
HR work within Nordic region
As Nordic Human Resource Manager you will work
with both strategic and operational tasks on a daily
basis which includes:
• Support to Managers and Employees in the
Nordic region
• Recruitment, organisational development and
succesions planning.
• Development of training and development
initiatives.
• Policy development
• Employee well-being & health
• Reporting, Analysis & Financial follow up
• Office management
In your role you will be part of the Nordic
Management team and have personnel responsibility
for one person.
We expect you to have a Bachelors Degree or
equivalent within Human Resources and ten years
experience for Human Resource work. It will be an
advantage if you have at least five years experience
from a Nordic organisation and if you have worked in
a mulitnational organisation. You will need to be
fluent in at least one Scandinavian language as well
as in English. Good knowledge of Nordic HR law as
well as Microsoft Office is also required.
As a person you are positive, flexible, pro-active and
result oriented. You have excellent people,
communication and influencing skills and the ability
to build strong working relationships at all levels.
You enjoy working independantly as well as in
cooperation with others.
Panasonic offers you the possibility to take part in

Europe.
