Dina arbetsuppgifter
The role holder is an integral part of the senior management team for the Nordics and of the HR global team, advising line management on HR policy issues. He/she is responsible for the implementation, development and review of human resource processes to meet business objectives in line with regional and business strategies, company values, policies and procedures. In particular the role holder will deal with the following HR processes: Resourcing, compensation & benefits, employee services, organisation design, talent & management development, employee relations and negotiations, employee communications and performance management. The role deals with local labour law issues, is an active partner of the EMEA HR team, works on Resource plans and reporting for the Nordics area, monitoring Labour Cost and interacting with Finance on budget built and deals with local Recruitment, hiring the right resources for the business.

He/she is a participative member of the Nordics country executive team representing HR and working to ensure that HR supports the business in meeting the country business targets.

Vem är du?
You have a diploma in Human Resources or an equal degree. Additionally, you have at least seven years of experience in Human Resources on an international level. You have a broad understanding of HR related issues from an international perspective and you enjoy a role where you work in close cooperation with the business and the senior management team. Your strong drive and focus on achieving goals ensures results. The role covers many countries and you need to be flexible for travelling. You have the ability to lead organizational change and are able to drive and deliver projects and take strong responsibility. You also see needs and take actions on them using your strong organizational skills and structured approach. You are able to work independently with a proactive attitude and to work on different tasks and deliver different projects at the same time.

This position requires you to have excellent communication skills in English - both written and verbal on top of Swedish as a native language. You are also knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
