The Nordic HR Cluster Manager will be responsible for supporting the overall HR planning, i.e. will be leading and coordinating the HR activities across the four Nordic countries to ensure effective and appropriate management of Human Resources for BP Nordic Lubricants.
The Nordic HR Cluster Manager is part of a European HR team. This position also includes the responsibility as Business Partner to Lubricants Automotive. As Business Partner you are a member of the Nordic Cluster Leadership Team and play a crucial role in implementing Business and People strategies.
The HR Department consists of one HR Advisor and one Admin resource who will be reporting directly to the Nordic HR Cluster Manager. The position is based at Fridhemsplan in Stockholm. Travel will be included in the role.
ProfilThe role requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of five years experience from a strategic HR role within an international organization. The position requires previous experience from managing a Nordic HR Department with two or three persons. We believe you have a minimum of eight years' experience directly applicable to all facets of the HR function. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish, English and in another Nordic language.
