As Nordic HR Manager you are responsible for the operative and strategic HR work in the Nordics including Baltics. You plan, carry out and develop the HR agenda together with your competent HR team in Gothenburg and Laxå, in close collaboration with Global HR. The HR team consists of three persons.
Main tasks:
Your main focus will be to build a strong performing HR function working in a global organization. The HR function is in a transformation phase and as a result of this there is a need to put HR processes and the HR organization in general in place.
Together with your team you will drive the preparation and development of these processes to meet the expectations of the company.
Your task will be to build a full picture of current pieces, present solutions and suggestions to the Global HR and implement and drive this into the countries. Implementation of Global processes will also be part of your task to implement locally.
Re-occuring HR processes will be e.g. performance management, salary reviews, recruitment, union negotiations, succession planning, rehabilitation and other HR administrative tasks.

As an individual you are great in building relationships. The role will require an individual with a strong self-image and confidence since the culture is straight forward in a changing environment. Furthermore, you are strong in building and leading teams, and driving your team towards a common goal to improve company profitability. You enjoy working in a global organization collaborating with different cultures and countries.
What will you need to succeed?:
You have a background in a similar role, approximately 5-10 years in an international company. You are strong in negotations and Swedish Labor Law, and you have the ability to be the voice of the Nordics when it comes to Nordic Labor law in different situations and settings. To handle change in a positive way will be vital in this role.
