The Nordic HR Manager is part of the Nordic Management team, and in cooperation with the HR Director CNE, acts as a strategic business partner in ensuring optimal organizational design, team and leadership development and succession planning in the Nordic region. The HR Manager works closely with managers in performance management and recruitment processes.
The Nordic HR Manager is responsible for implementing and ensuring operational compliance with corporate policies and applicable employment laws.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Partner with the Management Team of the Nordic organization and build credibility
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies,
Manage ongoing HR operations and day-to-day support.
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Coach and influence leaders on their decisions and actions regarding people management.
Together with the Comp department, ensure competitive benefits
Work proactively with nurturing a positive, open and healthy work environment, by ensuring policies, procedures and trainings are in place according to local legislation.
We are looking for
An ideal candidate has a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resources. Further education in organization and/or change management or coaching is desirable.
Solid HR knowledge including employee relations, recruitment and retention, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and organizational development is expected. Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Swedish and English and experience in matrix organizations are prerequisites for succeeding in the role.
We are primarily looking for candidates with several years of experience of a Nordic HR role. Furthermore, we expect the candidates to have proven excellence in establishing strong partnerships will all levels of organization.
