hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Bearingpoint Sweden KB i Stockholm BearingPoint is looking for a Nordic HR Manager to cover during a maternity leave (11 months, starting mid/late September 2015) to be based in Stockholm.
The Nordic HR Manager is responsible for supporting the Nordic region in building a strong, competent and engaged team. In addition to having the right people, our key to success is a performance culture and excellent leadership. The Nordic HR Manager works closely with the Nordic Partner Team and the firm-wide HR Leadership Team.
As a Nordic HR Manager your primary tasks will be:
• Participating as an HR business partner to consult, plan, develop and guide management in all areas of HR and to ensure alignment with business needs
• Providing strategic insight and manage core HR generalist support in such areas as performance management compensation, competence and career development, organizational development, policies and people satisfaction
• Leading the Nordic HR Team, ensuring high performance of all HR systems and functions
• Initiating and driving Nordic HR projects
• Developing and implementing HR processes, strategy and way of working
• Developing and executing talent acquisition plans including recruiting and staffing strategies
• Design, develop, and implement training and development programs for all staff
You will be part of the Nordic Management team as well as the Swedish Management team. In addition to your Nordic responsibilities listed above, you will drive local change projects and leadership development initiatives in the Swedish market together with the local HR resource.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with:
• Previous HR experience working as part of a leadership team, driving change initiatives, driving talent management, influencing organizational design and development
• Experience leading a team of HR professionals
• Excellent people, communication and influencing skills and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
• Strong business acumen, results orientation and forward thinking
• Previous experience from consulting is a merit
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• A master's degree in a relevant field
• Willingness to travel
