We are looking for a Nordic HR Manager who takes an active part in our Nordic management team. In your role you have management responsibilities over HR assistants and you will be responsible to run and manage operational and strategic HR topics like:
• Workforce management - Headcount control, strategic workforce planning and recruitment
• Compensation & Benefits
• Training & Development
• Labor Law and Labor relations
• Organizational charts
• HR communication
• Health issues
• Company culture and improvement projects
• Daily HR support and coaching of managers
• Supervisor over HR assistants
• Cooperation with HR HQ in Europe
Experience and education
You have several years of experience from working with broad HR topics, HR management and experience from an international environment. It is an advantage if you have experience with entrepreneurial companies and business oriented HR. You have experience leading union negotiations, implement change and used to move between operational and strategic HR levels.
Personal qualities
You have strong communication skills and the ability to work both operationally and strategic. As a person you are networking, result-oriented team-player with the ability to create and keep a network. You love to work closely with the business and create business value through HR processes.
