We're looking for a Nordic HR Director with a strategic thinking and hands on attitude for Tech Data. The Nordic HR Director will have a great impact on the business when it comes to strategic and operational tasks. In order to succeed as Nordic HR Director you have an ability to translate business plans and goals into human resource capabilities needed to achieve results.

The position will support and manage greater business performance through an effective implementation of the HR strategy in the Nordic functions. The Nordic HR Director will be responsible for timely and accurate provision of data and reports required by the business as well as ensure the proper implementation of various administrative and organizational tasks.
As Nordic HR Director you will be the trusted advisor for business areas providing expert advice and guidance to managers in all aspects of HR including blue and white-collar Labour Law, Change Management, Performance Management, Talent Management and Employee Relations. The position will lead key strategic change projects and work in close relation with the Learning and Development team.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
In order to succeed as Nordic HR Director you'll be proactive in identifying people issues and trends within the business and work together with key stakeholders in order to formulate and implement pragmatic and commercially focussed solutions. We expect that you have a Bachelor's degree in HR and previous experience in a similar HR role. You have a strong business and HR acumen, including ability to diagnose and analyse problems and drive appropriate solutions. Swedish and English proficiency is expected. It's important that you have a strong technical knowledge of employment law - both blue and white-collar. Experience in managing the salary process is important. Knowledge of SAP HR is very qualified.
As a person you are comfortable operating in a complex and rapidly changing work environment. You are an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment. Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills are expected in this role.
