Our global HR Organization is divided in two parts: specialists who focus on Comp&Ben, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, and generalists who are Business Partners to the organization. We need to strengthen our HRBP team in Stockholm and are looking for someone to join our team that reports to the Nordic HR Manager.
Working tasks
You will independently work with a broad spectrum of HR related tasks and provide guidance and support within all HR related matters to managers and employees. The role involves a mix of operative and strategic HR work. You will implement and follow up on all global HR processes and ensure that they are followed through by the organization. Coordination of staff planning, contact with external authorities, agencies and suppliers, and involvement in the recruitment processes is also part of your job. Travels within the Nordics will occur on a regular basis.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a university degree from an HR related area and at least 4 years of experience from a broad HR role, preferably from an international company. Experience from working with HR on a Nordic market is highly meriting, as is good knowledge in Labor law. You are fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing and you have experience from Microsoft Office.
To suit this position you have a strong personal drive and you take pride in always delivering with the highest standard and service. You are flexible and like to plan and structure your work independently. That you are professional and adaptable is given.
