About Bravura:

About the job:

This is a full-time consulting assignment that lasts for 9 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at BCG. There are opportunities for extending the assignment.

About the company:

Boston Consulting Group partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. BCG was the pioneer in business strategy when it was founded in 1963. Today, they work closely with clients to embrace a transformational approach aimed at benefiting all stakeholders-empowering organizations to grow, build sustainable competitive advantage, and drive positive societal impact.

Their diverse, global teams bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives that question the status quo and spark change. BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting, technology and design, and corporate and digital ventures. They work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, fuelled by the goal of helping our clients thrive and enabling them to make the world a better place.

Tasks and responsibilities:

As BCGs new Nordic HR and Mobility Specialist you'll help identify, screen, and attract talented consultants and partners from the global BCG family to the Nordics. In short, you'll help BCG sell the Nordics as an ideal place to live, work, raise a family - and add invaluable experience to what is most likely already a very impressive CV. More importantly, you'll be key in securing a smooth transfer journey for incoming personnel, all the way from initial interest to the first day at one of our Nordic offices. This includes handling everything from taxation issues, work permits and immigration law, to finding appropriate housing suggestions, schools and so on, drawing on both internal and external experts. You keep their candidates updated and confident through every step of the way and meet all unforeseen challenges with a smile, knowing that you have a strong process and a wealth of expert and specialist resources to draw on. You will never have all the answers - but you'll always know who to ask to get them! As part of the global BCG mobility network, you'll work closely with mobility specialists all over the world, constantly adding to your experience and expertise in the field.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

You most likely hold a bachelor's or master's degree. A background in Human Resources or Business is an advantage, but other fields such as international hospitality, conferences etc. would also be considered relevant. However, a strong interest in employer legislation, regulations and practices within the field is non-negotiable, as is fluency in English, intimate knowledge of Scandinavian life, and a good grasp of Scandinavian languages. Good PowerPoint and Excel skills, general computer proficiency and an interest in advanced use of HR system are also advantageous.

To succeed as BCGs new Mobility Specialist, you bring a positive attitude and the ability to interact confidently with all levels of seniority, both internally and globally. Whether you're writing, speaking, or presenting, you use your excellent communication skills to make it easy for other people to see your point and want to help you. You are flexible and take the unexpected in your stride, always keeping the best interests of your candidates in focus. Problems never faze you - instead, you analyze, prioritize, and quickly find out who to ask to find solutions that exceed expectations.
