The Nordic HR Advisor will be part of a team of three who provide professional HR support across the Nordic countries to ensure effective and appropriate management of Human Resources activities for BP Nordic Lubricants. This position also includes the responsibility as Business Partner to Lubricants Automotive. As Business Partner you are a member of the Cluster Leadership Team and play a crucial role in implementing Business and People strategies. The HR Department consists of one Nordic HR Advisor and one Admin resource. The team reports to the Nordic HR Cluster Transformation Manager based in Austria. The position is based at Fridhemsplan in Stockholm. Travel will be included in the role.

www.bp.com.ProfilThe role requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of three to five years experience directly applicable to all facets of an international HR function. HR experience in the Nordic countries is seen as an advantage . You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish, English and preferably in another Nordic language.
