We now have a phenomenal opportunity to join the Nordic Marketing Company (Nordic MC) at the Copenhagen office. You will part of the Nordic HR Team as an HR Advisor and Payroll specialist, reporting to the Human Resource Director for the Nordics. You will closely with the HRBPs for each country and our Nordic HR Advisor and payroll specialist based in Finland.
This is a role where you will own and manage the payroll administration for Denmark together with our payroll vendor, and Norway is an option in case you have the experience.
To be successful it requires excellent time management and attention to details to ensure flawless delivery every month. Your workday will most likely be very diversified, and we hope you appreciate working in a fast paced and changing working environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
You will support managers and employees to work within the HR service delivery model and encourage their use of self-service functionality.
We rely on you to
Resolving HR queries and issues for managers and employees.
Payroll management working with our vendor for Denmark and Norway including financial Control management regarding payroll.
HR Reporting to local authorities.
Local contact person for benefits, insurances and pension for Denmark and Norway, secure AZ are in line with market, updates information to employees when needed.
Drive the change management for our employees and line-managers to use our HR portal for finding answers to their questions, and to use our HR ticket system.
Review, create/update our HR processes and policies, to ensure the HR portal is easy to use and informative
Support HR Business Partners on the administrative parts of a business change, individual employee related cases or holding exit interviews as agreed with the HRBPs.

Technical HR support on systems to employees and line-managers during HR processes (for ex. reward, performance development).
Essential Requirements
Professional HR qualification or equivalent experience
At least 3-5 years of experience working within payroll in one of the countries
System administration
Experience of working in a customer service and technology driven environment
Excellent communication skills required to manage a multitude of customers i.e managers, employees, inhouse skill centers and off shore center
Proficient in a Nordic language and English - spoken and written

Desirable Requirements
It is a merit to have knowledge in AstraZeneca HR processes and the HR system - Workday.
Experience of ServiceNow

Good to know
This is a consulting assignment between 2023-01-16 to 2023-03-16 with the possibility of extension. For this position, there is the possibility to work 100% remotely and if you want to be in the office, it is located in Solna in Stockholm.
This means that you will be employed by us at Logent Bemanning AB and work as a consultant at AstraZeneca
