We are now looking for a Nordic Healhcare Professional Liaison for a temporary assignment at one of our customers in Solna. The assignment which is full-time will start 2017-03-06 with the duration to 2017-02-28. Selections and interviews are held on an ongoing basis, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
Publiceringsdatum2017-02-03Dina arbetsuppgifterThe specific role and responsibilities will be to develop the work towards HCP, KOL's NGO's and associations in related fields to ensure endorsement of our brands and regimes.
Nordic Skin Care (30%)
1. Implement the KOL-program for Skin Care
• Scope Nordic HCP market to identify KOL influencers and understand market opportunities
• Deliver annual HCP Advisory Board
• Support commercial strategies via HCP endorsement
Nordic Smoking Cessation (20%)
1. Implement the HCP-program for NRT
• Support program for Smoking Cessation Advisers and students.
• Support potential projects or ideas that complement Nicorette's commercial strategies
Nordic Pain Management (20%)
1. Implement the HCP-program for Pain Management
• Support HCP program for Pain Management, including understanding and influencing, where appropriate, KOL opinions
• Support existing contacts with HCPs, industry associations and other influencers regarding potential projects or ideas that complement commercial strategies in Pain Management
Nordics Oral Care (30%)
1. Support Nordic professional strategy and lead for Norway
• Support strategy to deliver dental student knowledge in advocacy for Essential Oil DUM as part of daily preventive oral hygiene regimen
• Support HCP program for oral care via exhibitions, direct mail and HCC goals
Overall:
1. Survey local and global research to support J&J Oral Care, NRT, Pain Management and Skin Care brands
• identify and track priorities of claims and indications
• drive innovation ideas and projects
2. Support the local commercial organization
• support in the development of product training material including detailing material and sampling plan for HCP
• present HCP activities at meetings including sales conferences
• Identify and support cross brand and cross sector business opportunities

Northern Europe Professional Marketing Teams, Nordic GBAMs, local BAMs Field Sales, European counterparts

Market Share Performance
Activities as well as recommendation and awareness from the target groups. Innovation initiatives and their application to the business
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Level of Education:
• University or comparable degree in a science related field (e.g. chemistry, biology, pharmacy) Nurse qualification
Work experience:
• Min 5 yearsexperience as HCP Manager or similar position
- Sales or Educational/ Training Experience
Specific competence requirements (professional requirements):
• Experience working with European and country regulatory or cosmetic guidelines and their implications
• Being familiar with clinical studies and experience in leveraging clinical data in professional programs
• Experience in working closely with business related functions like marketing department
• Proven track record in supporting HCP strategy & put it into excellence in execution and performance
• Skilled in Word, Excel and Power Point

• Fluent in English
• Nordic languages (Swedish and Norwegian)

• Working in cross-cultural teams.
• Must be able to travel across Nordic Region (app. 30d per year)
