As Nordic Head of IT, you will be overall responsible for the IT department which includes forming the overall requirements for IT Management and developing the company's IT Operations in the Nordic Region. This means ensuring that adequate tools and environments, such as infrastructure, HW, SW are up to date, efficient, cost-effective and secure. You will plan, implement and monitor IT/IS projects and ensure that the IT/IS department supports the needs of the company.
Since part of IT Operations is outsourced, you will often interact with subcontractors and set the requirements. You are a pro-active advisor for the company's various functions both operationally and strategically and will be focusing on finding a long-term, proactive and sustainable IT-function. You will develop and implement processes, procedures and methods in the IT area.
Your team will consist of eight qualified employees and you will report to the Director of Shared Service Center.
The key responsibilities can be concluded as follows:
• Provide overall IT governance in accordance with Corporate Policy
• Plan, Implement and Monitor IT projects
• Report projects follow up and financials to Corporate IT
• Manage IT staff
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
• Meet with managers to discuss system requirements
• Manage hardware and software vendor relationships and monitor their financial condition (more general would be manage service providers and partners relationship)
• Monitor the financial aspect of IT development / Control the IT - IS budgets (CAPEX and OPEX)
• Maintain accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources
• Troubleshoot all technology issues
• Monitor security of all technology
• Make recommendations about purchase of technology resources
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have previous experience working in a similar role with similar challenges. It is also necessary to have experience working in a company within the production industry.
Other:
• Relevant University education within IT
• At least 8 years technical experience
• Project management experience
• Experience working in a management role
• Strong knowledge of supplier and contract negotiation
• Previous experience developing strategic IT functions and experience establishing and implementing IT policies
• Fluent oral and written skills in Swedish and English
In addition to the above, we are looking for a proactive and hands-on person with excellent leadership skills. As a person you need to have a down to earth approach and a positive and constructive attitude.

The production facilities consist of three dairies; Malmö, Kristianstad and Hjo.
