LOOKING FOR A NEW TEAM MEMBER
ELAN, the Worlds leading IT&Recruitment specialist, is seeking a smart, well-rounded, hard-working individual to take on the company’s Financial Controller role!
This is a unique opportunity for someone that wants to learn what it takes to successfully manage a Nordic rapidly-growing company and who is willing to work hard to take on high- and low-level responsibilities, develop their skills, and do whatever it takes to establish and ensure the Nordic Finance teams success.
This position requires a well-balanced finance professional who wants to leverage their core skills, but also has an ego-free, can-do attitude and wants to do whatever is asked to help this company continue its successful growth. You will need to be happy to take on both high-level financial and low-level finance tasks when needed.

YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE
• Nordic responsibility for the SLA's regarding administration and Finance.
• Nordic ownership of the month end closing process.
• Develop Nordic Reporting and benchmark reports.
• Ownership over integration projects within Elan entities in the Nordics.
• Support the Countries in Financial Control issues.
• Support Norways junior controller in month end closings&reporting.
• US Gaap specialist and ensure SOX compliance.
• Advisor and support person in tax and pension questions to the local controllers.
• Ownership of the budget and forecasting process on a Nordic level.
• Ownership of the Cognos planning and forecasting tool.
• Cash flow forecasting and analyzing.
• Responsible for Credit Control in the Nordics.
• Fluent in both spoken and written english.
• UK and US reporting.
