We are now looking for a Nordic Financial Analyst for EA Sweden reporting into the FP&A team.
International Publishing Organisation (IPO) Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team supports EA?s business in Europe, Asia, and Latin America across all product lines and channels. Key business partners to the group include Sales, Marketing and Operations teams. While the group is tasked with managing the traditional FP&A activities, the key objective is to maximize overall profitability of the business and provide decision making support to the business.
Department Overview & Goals
The mission of the IPO FP&A team is to provide strategic finance support to enable excellence in business execution by:
1.Leading compliant financial planning and close processes that provide an accurate, timely, and insightful forecast of the business with respect to future revenue, earnings, and cash flow.
2.Regularly researching, assessing, and communicating risks and opportunities (internal or external) to that forecast.
3.Providing value-added analysis to support key business decisions to overcome those risks or capitalize on those opportunities.
Skills & Capabilities
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Expert knowledge of Excel
Essbase & Powerpoint skills preferable
Strong written and oral communication skills that enables clear and concise communication to all levels of management
Fluent English speaker.
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy on work output
Energetic and inquisitive quick learner
Ability to work remotely and be confident in challenging the business
Appreciation for data integrity, process definition and organisational alignment
Highly motivated, self-starter; comfortable interacting with executives
Able to handle multiple and sometimes competing priorities
Passionate, energetic, enthusiastic to drive results
Team Player
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced work environment
