Nordic Field Operations Excellence Leader
STANLEY Security is expanding and appointing a new role in the Nordics. The Nordic Field Operations Excellence Leader will report directly to the Regional General Manager based in Stockholm and Helsinki and functionally to the VP Operational Excellence in London.
In this position, you will be coordinating resources to drive efficiency improvements with field productivity focus in the Nordics. You will also develop and introduce new proposals and technology to enhance business productivity and develop and implement strategies for achieving operational targets.
The position leads through others instead of having direct reports and you will work together with European lead to implement European wide initiatives as well as work with local technician group to understand opportunities for improved efficiency.
The role is preferably based in the Stockholm office but travelling in the Nordics.
Other responsibilities:
* Establish local productivity improvement projects to deliver Operation Plan commitment.
* Drive local entities on productivity improvement activities.
* Ensure subcontractors quality standards are set and maintained.
* Develop and implement field tools to enhance operational effectiveness.
* Establish clear local incentive programs, aligned with European standards.
* Develop training programs for company staff to enhance their job knowledge and skill.
Your profile:
* Engineering backgroundExperience working in a field organisation
* Highly process focused
* Background in both install and service functions
* Ability to manage through influencing
* Good knowledge of implementing KPIs to drive behaviour
* Fluent in English and at least one more Nordic language preferably Swedish.
