hela Sverige We need a creative, experienced person with good knowledge in IT and digitization to take a strategic grip on our offer Energy Managed Services in business units as ESS (Energy Performance Services, Sustainability Services) and Ecobuildings (Building automation). You can be based in Sweden, Finland, Denmark or Norway.
Who are you?
Minimum 8-10 years in IT services, Digital Services (in Facility Mgt, Buildings Mgt, Data Centre Mgt). Preferably University Master Degree (Engineering, IT and/or Business). English fluency is a must and at least one of the Nordic languages is considered an advantage. 5 years managerial experience, managing remote teams with proven track record of performance, in this case you will have 4 teams across the Nordics, 32 people in total. Cross functional (operating in several business areas and/or matrix organization) and cross border experience in number of countries.
We seek a person that has a business developer?s mind set, has skills in people management and thrives when he or she finds new and improved ways of doing things. You will need to structure and develop the offer of today to take us to the absolute top when it comes to digitally enabled ?Managed Services?. You are a good decision maker and a great professional with an ability to understand, influence & convince in a complex matrix organization.
Key assignments:
• Drive the growth of the Energy Bureau business across Nordic Baltic zone through close collaboration with business units in the countries. Ensure clear alignment with business plans, promote the Energy Bureau offers and contribute to the internal / external marketing activities.
• Steer, organize and lead Nordic Energy Bureau team and IT suppliers. Insure operational management of the Nordic Baltic team & suppliers for best team coordination and motivation.
• Manage service contracts / energy performance contracts
• Ensure Nordic Energy Bureau team and suppliers are executing the project in full compliance with Schneider-Electric processes, quality instructions and governance principles. Take all necessary actions to correct any deviations or quality issues occurring during contract fulfillment period.
• To train the organization (sales, Energy Bureau, services) to promote the right offers to customers. Can support bid preparation and/or final contract negotiation.
• Develop and deploy quality standards for digitally enabled ?Managed Services? and harmonize governance principles across Nordic Baltic countries. Identify, formalize, share and promote lessons learned and best practices.
