Key Responsibilities/ Task
As the Nordic Distribution Operations Controller, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Oversee all inbound delivery activities with the Logistics Service Provider (LSP) to resolve issues and deviations.
• Monitor inbound delivery performance, report on goods receipt discrepancies and report KPI's to all suppliers / carriers.
• Day to Day operations, incidents and interfaces management.
• Review and process LSP invoices and properly keep clean costs trackers.
• Support all internal/external audits and recalls.
• Support customs clearance process.
• Process and pay invoices as needed.
• Ensure stock alignment / accuracy between SAP and the LSP's ERP systems in order to maximise product availability.
• Manage monthly / daily stock reconciliation process and account for any stock discrepancies.
• Manage all stock adjustments (including blocking / quarantining of goods) with the LSP.
• Support annual/cycle count stock takes process with LSP.
• Work with LSPs on regular basis to identify costs and process improvements opportunities.
Education and Experience
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or any other business studies.
• Understanding of GDP within FMCG.
• 3 years of work experience from a similar position.
• Warehousing and/ or freight management experience.
• Strong Excel and Data Analysis skills.
• SAP R3 experience.
• Experience of cycle counting/leading stock takes.
• Business English.
• Swedish is an advantage but not essential.
