JOB DESCRIPTION
Key areas of accountabilities include:
E-commerce
• Support the integration and development of Dufry's e-commerce solution at a country level.
• Responsible for the day to day content management of the pre-order website.
• Build and launch regular marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the website.
Customer loyalty
• Lead at a country level the growth of Dufry's loyalty programme RED by Dufry, including implementing marketing campaigns, identifying partners, and negotiating benefits.
Social media
• Manage Social Media channels, according to Dufry strategy and guidelines.
• Organize events with Influencers.
Technical
• Monitor SEO and SEM programs.
• Manage CRM and email marketing for e-commerce channel and loyalty program.
• Basic HTML knowledge.
Other areas of accountabilities
• Develop and manage the digital marketing budget for Sweden, in cooperation with Nordic Marketing Manager and Division Marketing department.
• Monitor performance vs KPIs and agreed targets, propose action plans to improve performance.
• Copywriting; translate content from English to Swedish, write newsletter content, web pages, social media posts etc.
• Working closely with local partners and brands to support the content strategy and increase brand awareness.
• Ensure all assets for digital channels are available; order banners, product images etc.
• Lead shop staff trainings for digital channels and tools.
• Support the development of in-store Sales Tablets.
• Collaborate with airport landlord Swedavia on joint campaigns, to ensure high visibility in digital channels and synchronized marketing campaigns.
We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our international team.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Dufry, you will lead the implementation and supervision of the global digital marketing strategies and channels in the Nordics, with Sweden as the key area, and you will be responsible for the performances of digital channels. The ideal candidate has a corporate background and is used to work with large-scale operations. The position is full-time and is located in Sweden, Stockholm-Arlanda Airport.
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital/online sector, e-commerce online retail, and in customer loyalty programs.
• Experience in content editing and managing websites, e-commerce, Social Media.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• High level of English and Swedish - both written and spoken.

This is a full-time and permanent position, starting as soon as possible. As Digital Marketing Specialist you will be reporting to the Nordic Marketing Manager.
