hela Sverige NCC Building is engaged in construction activities and builds mainly homes and offices, but also public and commercial facilities, such as hospitals, shops and warehouses.
NCC Building is looking for a Digital Business Development Manager with focus on (EA) Enterprise Architecture for a position in the Process and Production Development unit, which covers the entire Nordic region. The unit is responsible for implementing NCC Building's strategy through business development projects.
As a Digital Business Develop Manager, you will work closely with your Nordic colleagues in the Process and Production Development department as well as other business units within Building and relevant Group functions on a Nordic level. We will expect that you can work with projects in close collaboration with project participants and colleagues as well work independently.
The position will include travelling in the Nordic countries.
Responsibilities:
• Secure coherence between strategy, capabilities, processes, information and application within Business areas
• Coordinate BA Enterprise Architecture with the Group EA function
• Establish and maintain an overview of BA application landscape as a part of NCC's common application landscape
• Establish and maintain an overview of needed information and capabilities in BA.
• Understanding business requirements mapped to processes in dialog with your process area responsible colleges in PPD
• Support development of a vision scope document and business case for needed digitalization
• Translate business needs to enterprise architect solutions in line with BA and IT strategies
• Transform the requirement into a HLAC and Solution concept to together with group EA function
• Review IT solution concept made by ODIT (Group function)
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations
• Explorer market and identify new trends and how new technology/platform/solutions can support NCC business
• Evaluation of the business risk of leaving the existing solution and start implanting the new solution
• Accept of IT solution to implementation
• Support the BA projects to secure that the right Enterprise Architecture is in place based on the EA principles
• future application landscape
• Proven ability to make pragmatic short term decisions whilst aligning with a long term strategic outcome
Qualifications:
• Have minimum 2 years of experience from a Constructions company
• Alternative have worked as EA external consultant for constructions companies
• Alternative have worked with EA within a Software company developing software for the Constrution industry
• Have minimum 2 years of experience working with enterprise architecture
• Have experience in working with cross-border projects
• Have a relevant education - preferably a university degree
• Speak and write English fluently
• Experience with IT architecture and frameworks
In addition, we imagine that you:

• Have good communication skills
• Possess both a general overview and pay attention to details
• Work persistently until a case is satisfactorily solved
• Have knowledge of project methodologies
• Have a good business sense - preferably within the construction business
• Have big interest in how digitalization can improve processes
