You will be responsible for the validation of demand plans across the Nordic business unit. Amongst other key duties such as creating and maintaining Demands Forecast Models for the Nordics, you will also ensure that monthly forecast cycles meet the needs of the Nordics Business Unit. You will play an important role in coordinating and managing demand changes from key areas such as Sales and Marketing. Apart from this you are able to anticipate and report key demand changes impacting production. You will work closely together with internal as well as external stakeholders and it is very important that you are socially skilled and focused on building long-term relationships. You will report to the Demand Planning Manager and the position will be located in Stockholm.

You have a proven track-record from a similar position within the FMCG industry and an understanding of the Sales & Operations processes. We also expect you to be experienced within the Sales Analysis and Demand Planning area, as well as having experience in Data Warehouse reports and JDA-Manugistics Demand Planning. You will have a University-degree in Economics, Statistics and/or Marketing or you have worked extensively within the area with an excellent working knowledge. You are also proficient in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook. You are fluent in Swedish and have excellent command of the English language.
