On behalf of our client Zyxel Networks, we are looking for a Nordic Channel Account Manager.

Job Description:

The Nordic Channel Account Manager is responsible for growing and maintaining sales through new and existing channel partners within IT-Security and Networking industry, on a Nordic level. Zyxel Networks has a local team of Account Managers in each market that is handling the accounts on a daily basis and the position as a Nordic Channel AM will be responsible to develop the business on a Nordic level.

Key Accountabilities:

• Nordic responsibility to maintain and develop effective relationships within the partner base and grow their Zyxel Networks business.

• Develop and execute the VAR business plan strategy and activities for the Channel team, ensuring long-term growth.

• P&L analysis of specified top accounts and use this to influence more business activities.

• Identify, recruit and develop new partners.

• Proactively encourage accounts to join the Partner Program to take advantage of associated benefits, host and conduct Zyxel certification trainings for VARs and Partners in the target area.

• Coach and share knowledge with other colleagues within the Nordic Channel team and wider Zyxel Networks team as appropriate.

Necessary Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Demonstrable experience within an IT Channel Sales role and in creating and delivering close relationships with suppliers and customers.

• Record of success with partners in the IT Channel.

• Degree level education in Business or IT related discipline would be ideal.

• Technical proficiency in broadband and networking products is desirable.

• Results orientated, motivated by success, and achievement and be able to execute on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong presenter with effective negotiation skills

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

• Must be an enthusiastic team player with an innovative approach.

• Able to work under pressure and be prepared to work in a fast moving and aggressive environment where key objectives need to be met in pre-agreed timescales.

• Fluency in English. Any additional language skills would be desirable.

Other

The position is based in Zyxel Networks Nordic HQ in Stockholm.

Travelling to the Nordic clients is required.
