hela Sverige * Scope client needs when attending client meetings and support sales teams by providing feedback on technical question of RFPs/RFIs
• Coordination of cash management projects including the implementation of e-banking products or automated liquidity management solutions. Monitor and resolve customer implementation queries ensuring timely escalation of issues
• Support clients in testing of files (technical skills and knowledge of global file formats is highly appreciated)
• Ensure proper training of clients on the bank's e-banking solution (travelling to client sites may be needed)
• Drafting of contracts agreements for all Cash Management related products. Taking care of physical and electronic archiving of the legal documentation received.
• Perform Financial Security/compliance related controls regularly and during client on-boarding Identify potential points for improvement in processes or products ensuring relevant teams are informed.
• Act as 2nd level of support for advanced payment investigations or technical issues.
• Ensure regular reporting and ad hoc reporting for all client related issues/incidents needing escalation as well as of any identified inefficiencies in relation to products and processes
• You have at least a bachelor's degree in business, banking or IT. With some 5Y relevant experience preferably from an international banking environment.
• You should have good knowledge/understanding of domestic and international payments & cash management operations in the Nordic market.
• We believe that you are a natural problem solver, risk aware, result oriented and quality focused with ability to adapt in rapidly changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• You are also a committed, service minded and autonomous person, who can see the big picture.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills both written and spoken and are fluent in English. Knowledge of a Scandinavian language will be considered a plus.
