Do you want to be part of a growth journey while doing it with joy and balance in life? Now we are expanding the team with someone driven by securing many new customers by running successful Nordic Bid processes.

We are looking for an experienced Bid Manager who wants to lead bid processes in CatalystOne, both on a strategic and operational level. Helping us on our journey to become the preferred HR system partner in Europe.

What you will be doing:

You will lead the bid process for the entire Catalystone Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Your responsibility is to Facilitate the process of producing large and complex proposals by project managing either the RFP or proactive proposals when there is no tender involved. Be the end-to-end timekeeper for the critical path and key milestones and report against missed deadlines taking action directly or through flagging to appropriate business owners.

What we look for:

• a well-structured person with an excellent sense of quality in everything you do
• someone who likes to lead the full bid process and who likes to work closely together with our Sales Executives, Pre-sales experts, Consultants, Product Management, Security, and Operations
• longer experience with bid processes within enterprise software and delivery
• business acumen
• ability to make things happen
• fluent English (written and spoken) as well as one of the Scandinavian languages
