hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Dellner Couplers AB i Falun We are looking for a Lead Engineer to strengthen our Global Engineering team targeted against Non OEM business. As a Lead Engineer you have a central role to develop our solutions with our customers around the world. Your main focus in this position is to direct and control the engineering work with regards to requirements in the Global Non OEM business. You will work with a broad range of products within train connection systems with a special focus on couplers. You will work closely with our After Sales business unit.
Your responsibilities
Work as a technical project manager for customer projects - Non OEM.
Develop the processes related to reversed engineering.
Carry out project design on the basis of the client?s requirement specification and company policy.
Ensure that the product is tailored to fit its functional and production needs.
Participate in design reviews and meetings with the client and end customer. These meetings normally take place at the customer?s facilities around the world.
Develop the process of working to improve the product quality and to meet the technical performance within the project budget.
Together with Global Support team and Project Managers improve the performance of design resources.
As a Lead Engineer you will be placed in Vika, Falun or one of our subsidiaries and you report to Lead Engineer Manager.
Traveling will be necessary in accordance with the project requirements.
The successful candidate will have the following profile
Job experiences:
University degree within the area of the responsibility.
At least two years of engineering experience.
Experience of CAD, preferably Inventor and vault.
It's a plus if you have engineering experience within the train industry or similar systems.
Personal skills:
Good technical understanding and analytical skills.
Flexible and are prepare to travel with short notice to work with Sales Engineering in the work to capture Non OEM Business
Team orientated with good interpersonal skills and cooperation with colleagues and other departments.
Well organized, highly motivated for the job and with an open attitude.
Customer and service orientated approach with a positive mindset to visit our customers and contribute to sell Dellner solutions
