We are looking for a Nominated Person to lead our CAMO organization into the future setup for One CAMO organization. You will be acting as a role model and will help build and lead the very competent and important cross-functional team. Purpose of the role

* Legal and operational responsibility to ensure airworthy aircraft delivered in a cost efficient and timely manner under the requirements imposed by regulations for European aviation according to EASA Part-CAMO and EASA- Air Operations
* In addition, NP CAMO for SAS Scandinavia also delivers part of the CAMO services for SAS Connect and SAS Link

Main Tasks

* Legal and organizational responsibility for the work within Continuing Airworthiness Management in accordance with EASA Part-CAMO.
* Budget responsibility for the operation of SAS Scandinavia's technical activities
* Reports to the Accountable Manager and is Part of SAS Scandinavia's Management team and thereby contributes to developing and achieving the strategies and business goals.
* NP CAMO is also a permanent member of SAS Scandinavia's Safety Review board
* Ensure management and supervision of airworthiness and aircraft maintenance, safety, quality, legality, and economy.
* Assure proper and efficient use of financial funds to secure competitiveness
* Ensure development and optimization of maintenance program and control
* Establish and maintain a control program for contracted activities
* Develop and implement the digital road map
* Participate in project containing Group CAMO

Communication and Collaboration

Continuing Airworthiness Management constitutes a key function within the operational business, and therefore has extensive contact and collaboration within the company's operational organization, as well as externally to aircraft, engine and equipment manufacturers, suppliers of maintenance services and aviation authorities. In addition, supplier for customers in the SAS Group.

Education

Degree in aerospace engineering, or equivalent, within the relevant subject area.

The experience needed to manage the tasks satisfactory

* Minimum 5 years relevant experience, out of at least 2 years must be in senior positions from the airline industry within relevant parts of the technical business.
* Practical experience and expertise in applying safety standards and practices.
* Experience from the management of complex organizations.
* Experience in change management.

Specify competencies and personal qualities that are important to be successful

* Deep knowledge of relevant parts of EASA Part-CAMO / -145 and EASA - Air Operations regulations.
* Deep knowledge of relevant aviation laws and manual systems.
* Knowledge of safety management systems, including compliance monitoring.
* Knowledge of a relevant selection of the company's aircraft types, acquired through a formalized training course.
* Knowledge in English, fluent oral and written, including expert knowledge in relevant subject terminology.
* Knowledge of Lean production principles and practices.

* Good communication skills and clear in oral and written presentation.
* Strong analytical skills and structured as a person.
* Strong interest and ability in developing the people and the business
* Strong drive, taking actions and making an impact.
* Ability to think rationally under pressure.
* Strong leadership skills.

Others of importance

The position has legal and organizational responsibilities within its area towards the company's operational manager Accountable Manager (AM) SAS Scandinavia and is subject to authority acceptance.
