As NOC Engineer, you will be the bridge between customers and engineering while driving the network operations center (NOC). You will handle technical support, create dashboards and monitor the platform while working proactively and focused on the solutions. You will work closely with the teams at Yanzi, to provide feedback and suggest improvements to the platform.
Your experience
We are looking for someone with:
• Educational background within IT or engineering
• Experience from working with NOC
• Working proficiency in English, fluent both in writing and speaking
It would be a plus if you have:
• Passion for Internet of Things
• Experience from customer service
• Worked with sensors
• Open to do business trips
• Knowledge in Grafana, Logstash, Docker or Kubernetes
• Knowledge in network technologies, SSH, Cloud, Linux/Unix, Test or API
• Experience from an on-call position
